monday munchies / waffle yogurt sandwiches

a new kind of breakfast sandwich.. 

- 1 cup flour (whole wheat or regular)
- 1 cup almond milk (whole milk or soy milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil (canola oil or vegetable oil)
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- teaspoon baking powder
- teaspoon vanilla extract 
- non stick spray (canola spray)
- yogurt [stonyfield- yobaby blueberry]

1. prepare your waffle iron, heat and spray non-stick oil. 2. mix your ingredients. 3. pour batter onto waffle iron. 4. spread yogurt on your waffle. 5. cut to size. 6. enjoy !

we enjoy messy. it makes for more fun. fyi this is a messy one.. but a delicious one..
