we had such a great, naturey weekend. we went to [starved rock] and stayed at their [lodge]. we call it "fancy camping". it was very comfortable, especially with two (sleepless) one year olds. also hiked at the beautiful [matthiessen state park], which was absolutely gorgeous and not too crowded.
we had a picnic & grilled, had a dance party on a tree stump, went for a few long hikes, played in some canons and caves. it was pretty great. its nice to get away from the city on a "stay cation".
no, they are not twins (they are lovers) but yes, those are twin tie dye shirts.
someone is always looking for food. [cough, cough] my yogi bear.
